Before making the first configuration DocuBox for obvious security reasons you must change the password for the administrator.
The logon credentials for the administrator are
         User-ID:   admin
         Password:   docubox

1. Authenticate according to the procedure specified in paragraphs 2, 3, 4 of the chapter on configuration (open in new window).
2. Access the user's personal profile, selecting the proposed link or click on the "DocuBox Admin" link that substitute the "User unknown" one.
3. Press the button to change password and enter a new one.

Exactly the same procedure can be repeated for the other two administrative users of the system:
 - Application manager    User-ID:master
 - CMS editor user     User-ID:editor
For both the basic password is the same:docubox

Configuration of backup service users

After establishing the initial number of users who will use the backup service, proceed with the creation of the account:

Authenticate as admin. Select the "Contact Us" link on the main menu. Select the "Tools" link on the menu. Select the Users link, first unit under the Management link.                       You will see the users management form   For each users you need to create: Press new user. Type date in each filed marked with asterisk (*). Click the Save button. Assign the user to the Autenticati group, selecting it from the groups list, on the right side of the form. Click the Update button.
