The backup service is an automated software that takes care of your documents while you are working, without introducing any complication, and perform backups to your DocuBox appliance.

 A1  How do I know that is active?

DocuBox Backup is always active on your computer, and you know it by looking at the icon in the tray area of your computer (usually in the lower right corner, near the date and tie display).

 A2  If I don't see the icon, how I can activate it?

If the icon is not visible it doesn't mean that your computer isn't protected by DocuBox Backup. this means only that the feedback panel software is closed...

To activate it use the voice in the start Windows menu: click "All Programs", then DocuBox Backup and finally DocuBox Backup Client.
